Refund & Return Policy

We want your experience with Etho Blend to feel simple, smooth, and worth it. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll take care of it.

If there’s an issue with your order

Reach out to us as soon as you can at return@ethoblend.com. Tell us what happened, and we’ll look into it and respond with the best way to make it right.

How we handle different situations

If the mistake was on your end

If the wrong address was entered, the wrong item was selected, or something similar happened during checkout, and our records match the order details submitted, a replacement can still be sent, but it would need to be covered on your end.

If the mistake was on our end

If you received the wrong grind, the wrong item, or there was a labeling issue, we’ll make it right. If the mistake was ours, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you and work to get it to you as quickly as possible.

If it’s a shipping issue

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we’ll work through it with you. Depending on the situation, that may mean filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement. In some cases, shipping costs for a replacement may apply.

A quick note on returns

Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns. This helps protect quality and safety for everyone.

That said, if something arrives wrong or damaged, we will always step in and do our best to make it right.
