Refund & Return Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and satisfying coffee experience. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help!

 

What to do if there's a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us immediately: Let us know what happened by emailing us return@ethoblend.com.
  2. We'll work it out: We'll assess the situation and determine the best way to resolve it quickly and fairly.

 

Here's how we handle different situations:

  • If you made a mistake on your order: (e.g., wrong address, you chose incorrect item or anything from your end and our record shows that ) You'll need to cover the cost of a replacement order.
  • If we made a mistake: (e.g., wrong grind, incorrect label and our record shows that it’s from our end ) We'll send you a replacement order at no cost to you, and we'll make sure it gets to you fast!
  • If it's a shipping issue: (e.g., damaged in transit, lost package) We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that means filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement. Depending on the situation, you might need to cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

 

Important Note: We don't accept returns of coffee due to food safety and quality concerns. But rest assured, we'll always make it right if your coffee arrives incorrectly or damaged.
