Ethiopia
Wake up to something bright.
This is coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia - the highlands where some of the world's most expressive, fruit-forward beans are grown. Naturally processed and sun-dried, which means the beans rest inside the whole cherry as they dry. That slow, traditional method pulls out a sweetness and complexity you can actually taste.
Ethiopia is home to thousands of native heirloom varieties, many of them wild and unmapped. These ancient varieties are part of why Ethiopian coffee is known for its bright acidity, floral aromatics, and layered fruit flavors that set it apart.
Origin: Sidama, Ethiopia
Altitude: 2,000–2,200 MASL
Process: Natural, sun-dried

What you'll get is a juicy, layered cup with sweetness up front and a clean finish. Bright without being sharp. Full of flavor without being heavy.
And like every bag we sell, $2 goes to supporting children who are still waiting.
Not just great coffee. Coffee that does something.
