Colombia
Smooth, complex, and full of depth.
This coffee comes from Tolima, Colombia - one of the most respected coffee-growing regions in the world, known for producing some of the finest specialty-grade beans in the country.
It comes from a small group of 59 lifetime growers who formed Cafe del Macizo in 2003 in Planadas. Nestled in the foothills of the Cordillera Central, these farmers have spent decades sharing knowledge and resources to produce coffee that reflects everything this region has to offer.
Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 2,100 meters, washed and sun-dried with care.

●●●○○ Medium Roast
What you'll taste is dark chocolate up front with mango and peach sweetness layered underneath. The body is rounded and smooth, the acidity balanced. Complex without being overwhelming.
And like every bag we sell, $2 goes to supporting children who are still waiting.
Not just great coffee. Coffee that does something.
